You can get the card in the following ways (For people under 16, see point 4), by submitting the application online:
As soon as the beneficiary has completed his application correctly, he receives a protocol number. If for any reason you do not receive the number, you should contact our office immediately:
1. Then the beneficiary reseives the card code along with instructions to download it Digitally to the new European Youth Card mobile app myEYC Mobile App.
2. In addition, there is the possibility of sending a printed card to the home address of the beneficiary at a charge of +2 euros.
3. Visit the offices of the Foundation for Youth and Lifelong Learning by appointment (417 Acharnon & Kokkinaki, PO Box 11134, Athens, near ISAP St. Eleftherios station, entrance from Kokkinaki) and obtain the card on the spot, having your ID with you. (Payment of the subscription will be made at a Piraeus bank branch, or at our offices using a credit/debit card at a POS machine during business hours Monday – Friday 09:30 to 14:30 Wednesday closed).
4. For applicants under the age of 16, the following actions must be taken:
1.Complete the application online.
2. Attach the applicant’s certified birth certificate to the “Form for under 16” application field. If you encounter a problem, you can attach the necessary supporting documents to the email: europeanyouthcard@inedivim.gr, mentioning the name of the applicant.
Card Sending Time
We inform you that the postal dispatch of the card takes place within 5 to 7 working days at the latest from the date of submission of the application. Please check your emails for the Shipping Code as the cards are shipped immediately. If you have not received your card by the end of the above period, please contact us at the following numbers:

Finally, for beneficiaries within Attica and Thessaloniki, a second mailing of their card is not possible in the event of its return to the European Youth Card offices.
