You can get the card in the following ways (For people under 16, see point 4), by submitting the application online:
1. Visit the head offices of the Youth and Lifelong Learning Foundation (Acharnon 417 & Kokkinaki, PS 11134, Athens, near the train station Ag. Eleftherios) and get the European Youth Card Card with your identity:
(Payment of the subscription will be carried out in a Piraeus bank branch, located near the head offices or at the head offices by using credit/debit card during the working hours 09:00 to 14:00 Wednesday closed.)
2. Visit the branch of the European Youth Card in Thessaloniki (Port of Thessaloniki, Dock A’, Port Authority Office Building, TPA, last building (after warehouse C) Thessaloniki, PC 54102 Greece) and get the European Youth Card Card on the spot, having with your identity.
(Payment of the subscription will be carried out in a Piraeus bank branch, near the office Monday to Thursday hours 9:00 to 14:00 and Friday 9:00 to 13:30.)
3. Get card from Vodafone store
There is also the possibility of receiving the European Youth Card from cooperating Vodafone stores throughout Greece, necessarily by presenting a printed ID or other identification document and mentioning the unique Vodafone Code sent to the prospective beneficiary’s email.
If the beneficiary is unable to go in person to the Vodafone store he has chosen, the card can be picked up by a third party upon presentation of authorization.
As soon as the beneficiary receives an informative email with the unique Vodafone Code, he should contact the store he chose after a few days to arrange delivery of the card.

4. For applicants under the age of 16, the following actions must be taken:
1.Complete the application online.
2. Attach the applicant’s certified birth certificate to the “Form for under 16” application field. If you encounter a problem, you can attach the necessary supporting documents to the email: europeanyouthcard@inedivim.gr, mentioning the name of the applicant.
Card Sending Time
We inform you that the postal dispatch of the card takes place within 5 to 7 working days at the latest from the date of submission of the application. Please check your emails for the Shipping Code as the cards are shipped immediately. If you have not received your card by the end of the above period, please contact us at the following numbers:

Finally, for beneficiaries within Attica and Thessaloniki, a second mailing of their card is not possible in the event of its return to the European Youth Card offices.
