Webinar on New Challenges and Opportunities for Innovative Youth Services. The Role of the European Youth Card in promoting the rights of young people in post-COVID era

The aim of the webinar (5/11 to 6/11) is to support the recognition of youth work services deployed on-line and the role of the European Youth Card in reaching out to young people.
The event is jointly organised by the Greek Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs, Council of Europe and European Youth Card Association, as part of the Greek Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe for the period of May to November 2020.
Throughout the two days, 78 participants from across Europe will debate the main challenges and opportunities in relation to youth work, youth services and young people’s rights in the context of a public health crisis provoked by COVID-19.
Among the keynote speakers who can be followed also on-line, we are glad to have joining us:
Fabio Chiusi, from Algorithm Watch, on “Automating Society Report 2020: Key findings”
Hilary Phillips, from YouthLink Scotland, on “Digital Youth Work: the reasons why”
Ully Enn, from Education and Youth Authority in Estonia on “Is it the End of the World as We Know It? Some perspectives on youth field innovation through the lens of smart youth work?“
